Mrs. Baer was raised in Wisconsin but has made Paradise Valley her home with her husband and 3 children. Starting her career in a remote Alaskan village, Mrs. Baer has a very special place in her heart for rural schools. Outside of school, Mrs. Baer is active in Montana Council for Exceptional Children and has even traveled to Washington, D.C. to advocate for students with exceptionalities. Mrs. Baer loves to camp, hike, play guitar, and read. As a former member of the University of Wisconsin Marching Band, she loves Badger football! Mrs. Baer also participates in the world's Largest Trivia Contest.
Currently Mrs. Baer serves as the Special Education and Supervising Teacher at Arrowhead School and has been on staff at Arrowhead for the past 7 years.
