On September 18th, the Park County Special Education Cooperative will conduct its annual Child Find Screen for children from 3 through age 6, suspected of having a disability.

The Arrowhead School District #75 will be holding a School Board Trustee Election on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. The positions up for election include TWO (2) three-year terms. If you are interested in serving as a Trustee for Arrowhead School District #75, you will need to obtain the declaration of intent form from the Business Office at cself@arrowheadk8.org, or on the website under Board of Trustees/Elections and Levies. For more information call 406-924-6865. Forms must be returned by Thursday, March 23, 2023 @ 3:00 PM.

Students in Grades K5 - 8th will rehearse and perform "The Jungle Book" on Friday, Dec. 9th at Arrowhead School. Performances are at 3:30 and 5:30 pm.

This year lunch and breakfast will NOT be free. 

The board approved the following food service prices at the board meeting on 8/23/22:

Student Lunch = $3.75

Student Breakfast = $1.85

Extra Milk = $0.50

Please note even if you receive free meals: if your student gets an extra milk they will be charged.

You can either go online to add funds to your students accounts thru Infinite Campus or send in a check.  Please note we will not allow more than 3 (three) charges before the account needs to be paid.

Kindergarten graduation ceremony at 3:00pm in the Arrowhead Gym on Tuesday, June 7th.

Track and Field Day in Gardiner, for grades K-7th*, is Wednesday June 1st. Additional information was sent home last week, lunch forms due Tuesday 5/24. *the 4K will have a regular day at school.

Join us Wednesday, May 25th for a fun night of guest readers and celebrate literacy with us. Cookies and punch will be provided. 5:00pm - 6:15pm

In conjunction with Montana Shakespeare in the Parks, Arrowhead School will host Montana Shakes on Wednesday, April 27th. This all day event will first present the Shakespeare Play "A Midsummer Night's Dream" followed by a rotation of theater workshops. All Grades.

Earth Day activities for grades K-8. This is a student Friday.

Wednesday, November 24th is a half-day with school releasing at 12:00pm. We will be on break starting noon on November 24th and will resume normally scheduled classes on Monday November 29th.

The Library Bookmobile is returning. On Thursdays from 3pm-4pm in the school parking lot.

You will need a library card, which is so easy to get. Just print and complete the form at the link below and bring it with you to the bookmobile.

We will still be staying active outdoors during the colder winter months - so please remember to make sure your kiddos are well equipped with warm socks, gloves or mittens, scarves, head coverings, a warm winter coat, snow pants and appropriate water-proof footwear (preferably boots). Please let the school know if you need assistance obtaining these items - we are here to help!

Join us Tuesdays October 12- November 16, 3:45pm - 5:30pm for ages 8 and up. There is a 15 student participation cap, so sign up soon to reserve your spot. Contact Mrs. Reichert to ask questions and get signed up!

Wednesday, September 15th, Shooting Star Photography will be at the school for annual class and individual pictures. Bring your smile and be ready. Photo packages can be pre-ordered online, just follow the link below.

Grades 4th-8th are off on an adventure to the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center in West Yellowstone. Grades K-3rd have no scheduled classes or activities for Friday the 10th. Contact the school for more details if your child will be participating.

Arrowhead School is excited to announce that beginning Tuesday Oct. 12, we will host a 6 week Drama Class for students 8 and up. Classes will run from 4:00 - 5:30 with a snack provided from 3:45 - 4:00. The class will be limited to 15 students and there is no cost to attend. During the class, students will play theatre and improvisation games to develop voice and body awareness, physicality and presence, creative choice making, and stage craft. Theatre education is a fun and meaningful way for kids to gain specific knowledge and skills that help broaden understanding of self, others, the world, and how we may exist and thrive in the world with others.

Just a reminder: There is no bus the first week of school. The normal route will resume after labor day (September 7). We apologize for the inconvenience.
